LEAPHers present at ASM Microbe.
Our group had a fun time at ASM Microbe in Washington DC! Ying-Xian presented his work on the ecological and evolutionary mechanisms underlying the broad geographic range of motile and non-motile Listeria species and received the Sustainable Development Goals Poster Prize from ASM Journals. He also presented this work at the Annual ASM Maryland Branch Poster Session at University of Maryland, Baltimore right before ASM Microbe. Haeil presented his work on the fecal contamination in urban water. Congratulations!
It was also great to reconnect with colleagues from Cornell, where Jingqiu is an alum.
